Unresponsive customer support and double billing for Parrot AI subscription
I saw a similar post from 2024 asking if it was a scam. I think it is. They billed me twice, when I contacted them via chat, email, and their google doc form they NEVER got back to me after two weeks. I disputed the second charge with my CC company and they immediately revoked my lifetime access that I paid for. I just didn't want to pay for it twice. I again contacted them and nothing, so now disputing the first charge as well.
