My IPad keeps asking me to verify Apple Id

Hi so I have an iPad 10 and just upgraded to IOS 26. Almost every morning it’s asking me in a pop up to Enter my Apple ID password. Once I enter it the pop up comes back a few times if I don’t enter the password. It goes away after a few clicks of not now. How do I fix this please? it’s really annoying and frustrating.
