Help reseting subscriber id

Not able to cancel apple one subscription from Verizon. Phone ported to new carrier and need to update subscriber id for apple one and remove Verizon subscription. Any ideas on how i do this

You can't cancel Apple One from any other device, only the one you subscribed to? I'm tired, my iPad is ruined, I will not be able to repair it for a few months and I do not want to continue with the subscription (for obvious reasons), it was my only Apple device and trying to cancel this service has been a nightmare with zero success, I can not cancel from the iPhone of a friend I never get the option to cancel services, I can not from the web and I can not even from iTunes on PC, every time I enter and I go to subscriptions is blank when I touch Apple One (But with apple Music does not happen that), twice I have contacted customer service and I can never solve this problem, I want to delete the account but do not know what will happen to my Ipad
