AirPods Pro 3 Charging Case Drains Too Fast

I've had my AirPods Pro 3 for a little over a month and noticed the charging case shows that its battery has severely drained its power after a charge. And loses power when not in use. Before it charged up quick and help a charge for days. Anyone else having this problem? Is it a firmware glitch? Can you reset and fix it? I would appreciate any advice from those having the same problems. Thanks.
