FC Portal empty after iOS 18.6 update on school iPad

I recently updated my ipad to IOS 18.6 and my school ipad uses the FC App portal instead of the app store for reasons. But when i go inside of the portal there is nothing inside of it and i cannot download any apps. all the apps are missing and its just blank. Does anyone know how to fix this.
