Universal clipboard not working

My Ipad (2019) suddenly stopped accessing universal clipboard even though it's updated (IpadOS 26.0.1) I have checked all the requirements like wifi, Bluetooth, handoff, etc. Still doesn't work. Does anyone have any suggestion?
