Password App on iPad mini 'frozen'

When I attempt to open Apple's password app on my iPad mini, I get a white screen that states 'No Item Selected'.

I have logged out, back into my iCloud account, but the problem still prevails. The password app works fine on my other Apple devices.

Assuming that the Passwords App has been added to the Dock...


With the Passwords App open to the blank page, swipe upwards from the bottom of the screen to expose the Dock - tap the Password App icon - then tap New Window. This should open another Passwords App window showing your stored Passwords.
