iPad Pro2nd Gen Updated to 17.7.10

I unfortunately updated my I pad Pro 12.9 2nd gen to iOS 17.7.10

I use it on homes WiFi

it was perfect until update now if I attempt to use any browser I get warning This Connection is not Private or Not Trusted and does not allow me to go online . I rebooted router . Tried to change date back and forth ( which was already correct )

I reset all everything short of Full Factory restore

Any help would be aporeciated
