Broken Beats Studio Pro with AC+

Good evening!


I have Apple Care+ on a pair of Beats Studio and the headband cracked. When I try to go through the Support app or the website it is just an endless cycle and no where to make a claim. The last time this happened Apple sent me the replacement and I sent it back the damaged ones. I do not live anywhere near an Apple Store, so shipping is the best option. Thank you for the help!
