i have saved so many contact list with two numbers
once i attend the call it is not possible to understand which number the call attended

I'm not sure what you're seeing, but assuming the contact's numbers are labelled (e.g 'Mobile', 'Home', 'Work', etc.) that label is shown in the call history.
For example, in my history I see things like:
So it's clear to me this call was from Jim on his mobile phone. Are you not seeing this?
Look at this, I got a missed call, how do I know which number the call came from?
I got a call from someone who had two numbers saved, and we talked for a while, but I can't figure out which number the call came from.
