Recent update on Apple iPhone 13

So the update totally messed with all my settings and my phone does not ring for incoming calls. I don’t sound notifications for text or messenger messages. I followed all the steps the phone worked for a while and now it’s doing the same thing all over again. I am beyond frustrated.
