Alinma Bank and Absher apps not working after iOS 15.8.5 update on iPhone 7 Plus
Hello everyone,
I’m using an iPhone 7 Plus (iOS 15.8.5) and after updating recently, both Alinma Bank and Absher apps stopped working.
They show a connection or certificate error and fail to open properly.
Here are the details:
- My region is set to Saudi Arabia.
- Other Saudi banking apps like SNB, STC Pay, and Al Rajhi Bank work perfectly.
- I already tried reinstalling the apps, clearing Safari data, changing the region, and restarting the phone — but nothing helped.
- The same apps work fine on another iPhone using the same network.
It seems only my device is affected, maybe due to a certificate trust issue after the update.
Has anyone faced this problem or found a solution (like rebuilding trust settings or reinstalling certificates)?

NOTE: even before the update both apps stopped working they used to work but suddenly stopped working.
