I was able to pair and sync Versa with my iphone 13 but with iphone 17 it is not allowing me to pair it.
I've downlaoded fitbit app too in my iphone 17
I restarted Fitbit and iphone but it just won't pair.
I also did a factory reset on versa but that didnt help either.
So i tried paring and syncing Versa with fitbit app on my android and it works fine there

I had a iPhone 13 mini and my Fitbit versa lite worked fine. I upgraded to a 17 air and it won’t find my Fitbit. Tried all the resets, reboots, factory resets on Fitbit. Nothing worked.
This morning I installed Fitbit on my iPad and added my versa lite with no issues. So after doing this I opened my Fitbit app on my new 17air and it shows my versa lite but when I click on it I get a cannot find error. This leads me to believe its a apple Bluetooth issue with the 17 devices.
I’m having the exact same problem and Fitbit has no idea what the issue is. They told me they opened a case and will contact me in 2-3 business days. Did you try that?
You mean you Fitbit will open the case?
