To confirm (if you’re really on iOS 26, not iOS 16), you have updated to iOS 26.1, and have both un-paired the iPhone from the infotainment system, and have un-paired the infotainment system from the iPhone, have restarted both the infotainment system, and the iPhone, and re-paired, and that’s not working?
Also check for firmware updates for the infotainment system.
