Apple Watch SE 2 apps randomly disappear and reappear

Hi, I have an Apple Watch SE 2 with the latest version of watchOS 26 installed. I have been having an issue in where some of the apple apps (iMessage, Apple Music, etc.) keep randomly disappearing from the app screen and reappearing after some time. It has been happening constantly for just a few days now and has been very irritating as it is making my battery life horrible and important apps are disappearing when I need them. Thanks!

Did you already try to force restart your iPhone and Apple Watch?

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.

If this does not work, and to rule out a software issue, erase the watch and pair it again, setting it up as a new device. You will only lose your created Watch faces and may have to activate the cards in your Wallet app again.
