My husband's emails being sent with my name

I would suggest that you and you husband sit down and figure out which email he uses and which email you use.

The best suggestion is to remove the email address that he uses and and re-add paying close attention to how you set it up in Mail since we do not know which email vendor you are using since they are all different.
