iPhone 15 unable to connect to mobile data
since IOS 26.1 I cannot get internet via my mobile supplier, only via wifi. iPhone 15
supplier is Telstra and they have tried all options.

Might you be using Dual SIM? Cellular data is only available for one line.
Check Settings > Cellular > [Cellular Data and Cellular Data Options].
Apple doesn't provide mobile data. Your carrier does. Elevate this with your carrier to a higher level technical support person. Do you have a VPN on your iPhone? If you do, get rid of it and see if that helps.
