Safari freeze or take a long time to load on iPhone 17 Pro Max with iOS 26.1

I have an iPhone 17 Pro Max running iOS 26.1. Occasionally, when I click on a link in Safari, it freezes, doesn’t load, or takes a minute to load. To resolve this, I have to close Safari and reopen it for it to finally load. I’ve already tried restarting my iPhone, but that doesn’t fix the issue; it keeps happening. I’m unsure whether it’s a bug that Apple hasn’t fixed, if there’s something wrong with my iPhone, or if I have some type of malware or virus. I read that it could be an iCloud + private reply issue. I’ve already cleared the cache, but I do have 74 Safari tabs open. I’m not sure if that’s causing the issue or what tI’m not sure if that’s the cause of the issue or what the problem started with. It all began when I first updated to iOS 18, and since then, it hasn’t been the same.
