Nikon NX Studio freezes on M1 Mac.

I have a Mac Studio M1 with the latest Tahoe 26.1 software on it. I also have the latest Nikon NX Studio on the computer and when I double click to start the application, it just spins and freezes. I did an uninstall, downloaded the software again from Nikon. Reinstalled. The same issue, freezing upon starting.

Anyone know what I can do? It seems many others are about to use this software on their macs.
