iPhone 17 pro max speaker quality.

After being promised a brand new replacement iPhone 17 pro max I had to use the express replacement. The replacement one is definitely lighter than the one I purchased at launch??

The swap was the speaker issue. Distorted and tinny sound on higher volume with music. There is not enough Bass or depth. I found apple generally very resistant to give me a boxed brand new phone despite being told they would. Why would anyone want a brand new phone repairing. Definite sound quality issue with the speakers.
