i am trying to get I cloud on My mac and sincronize my photos

i have Mac os Catalina 10.15.7

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Refer to Upload and download photos using iCloud.com - Apple Support

If necessary, select your macOS version near the top.
