Apple Music Settings not Saving on Windows App

I am having issues with apple music for windows. Although there is a long list of said issues, most I have been able to resolve or get around (if you have any issues ask me in this thread I might know a solution). My issue in particular is to do with settings. Every time i set any settings related to Playback, EQ or a few other settings they reset every time I quit and restart the Apple Music app.

It's getting really annoying having to constantly set the settings every time at boot, especially when trying to download files at Lossless quality (this is one of the settings that resets). Does anyone have a fix or do I have to approach apple directly?
