Sync Apple Health/Samsung Health with both watches

I’m going to get a Samsung device as my second mobile. I need to know if I can sync my health data with both devices, my Apple Health and Samsung Health. I need to sync both health apps simultaneously. Sometimes I will wear my Apple Watch, and sometimes it's my Galaxy Watch. Is that possible?
