Apple TV turns itself on.

My Apple TV 4K is connected to a Samsung TV. I use the TV remote to control the Apple TV. A couple of months ago, the Apple TV started behaving strangely. After I turn off the TV (and the Apple TV) with the remote, the Apple TV turns itself back on again after a few seconds or a minute or so. Some nights I have to remove the power before I go to bed, because it just won’t stay off. I have tried removing the battery from the remote, it made no difference.
