I have an apple watch and I am trying to connect my watch with sign-in & security a code pops up where do I enter this code on my iphone.

It is much easier to un-pair it and start again to set it up again.

There should not be any need to enter codes or passwords anywhere but your apple password on the iphone during setup, and never again.
