Watch series 10 has inaccurate heart rate during exercises. Tried all Apple support remedies and even had the watch replaced however the same issue on the new watch. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks. Yes we checked all of that but still issue is recurring. Working with Apple Support and engineering and awaiting next steps. I’m up date on both the latest iPhone and watch iOS as of this afternoon. I had gone to the Apple Store last week which initiated the replacement watch.

If Apple is replacing the watch, I wouldn't worry too much about this one.
If a replacement watch has the same problem it must be a physiological problem with your wrist.
Too tight strap
Too loose strap
Very dark skin
tattoos under the watch.
