2 different cd's combining as 1 on ITunes

I have 2 separate cd soundtracks of the musical Blood Brothers, entirely different cast recordings, however when I rip them from cd to windows laptop hard drive, ITunes combines them as if they were 1 item, I have tried installing 1, and renaming it through edit function but, it still occurs. Can anyone please advise?
