Secure connection issue with Safari

My MacBook Pro with OS Ventura 13.7.8 is up to date, but Safari is giving me the message the it can't make a secure connection for https. What do I do to update Safari, or get rid of the security issue?

Your version of Safari should be compatible with most websites. There may be some insecure websites (usually older websites or websites you don't want to navigate to) but most of them should be secure with https.

Try clearing cookies in Safari > Settings > Privacy by clicking the Manage Website Data button and by clicking Remove All. Clear also the website history by clicking History > Clear History.
