"Date Taken" not working Windows 11 iCloud Sync

I am using Windows 11, and iCloud for Windows official App. I am syncing my files onto my PC.

For the "Date Taken" it is filling out the day that it's synced to my PC, instead of the actual "Date Taken" which should be available in the photo metadata on the phone.

This didn't used to be the case, it seems like something changed. How can I resolve this?
