Notification from Adobe about Lightroom subscription , Lightroom Plan with 1 TB is in suspension and need to follow instructions to update payment information and request refund from Apple. Is this legitimate?

If an item appears in red then it is no longer working and you either need to replace it or get it working again.
If you owe Apple/Adobe money, why do you think you can ask for a refund?
