"Inactive" subscription still active and keeps renewing with no way to deactivate

"Inactive" Tinder Gold subscription keeps renewing. It shows as an inactive subscription as of Oct 29. I renewed it three weeks ago just to use for one week. Went to cancel it right away, so it wouldn't auto-renew and it was already showing as Inactive. I have been billed for the subscription for the last two weeks and I cannot figure out how to cancel it


In-app, it still shows me as a Tinder Gold member. I tried deleting the app and uploading it again, but nothing changed.

If this is a subscription not made through Apple, “you might have bought the subscription from another company. To find out which company bills you, check your bank or credit card statement. To cancel the subscription, you must contact the company that bills you for the subscription.” About purchases not billed through the App Store or Apple In-App Purchase - Apple Support
