Is there a way to put a date and time stamp in the notes section of contacts without having to type it out longhand?

This is not possible on iPhone but can be done on web based email account which store Contacts or on Outlook in Mac /PC
When you import contacts from a csv file
Make Sure you have the Dates with Head of the Columns as Notes
When you import all these notes will get populated into Notes of Contacts
