Payment

I need to pay for my apple storage plan but there was a problem with my payment, I had an email from apple that said to go to settings and click on iCloud but it’s not in my settings menu, any help please

On iOS 12 it's Settings > id (top of the column in Settings).

Problem with iCloud payment I got a new iPhone. I updated the payment method for paying iCloud but I received an email in witch says that it’s not possible to charge me for this month and that it will degrade my iCloud storage plan. What else could I do to prevent this from happening? P.S. I have money on that account.

ICloud On 07/05/2020 you are scheduled to be charged $0.99 for your 50GB iCloud storage plan, but there is a problem with your payment information. This is what I received in email. I have 5$ Left On apple and ITunes card that I initially loaded for 25 $. Why do they not see that ??? 99cents Or else drop my storage is just insulting. Please advise or will they automatically take it out tomorrow on Monday? Thank you 🙏
