Can't send mail since Mojave 10.14.5

Updated to Mojave 10.14.5 and cannot send e-mail. MacBook Air 2018. Everything is connected, reset router, reset computer twice and added smtp (Yahoo) to server settings. Cannot get email to come online. What now?

Mail>Window>Connection Doctor> Show Details


may offer some clue to resolve your SMTP.


Verify with your email provider nothing has change and no server issues.


Use Mail Connection Doctor - Apple Support



You can always delete the account and add it back in.
