Update payment info

I’ve tried to update my payment card details but no luck. The old card/account is not in use anymore. 2 of my payments r due coz of this issue. Please help

Why can't you update it, what happens ? Have you tried on both your computer's iTunes and https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage ?
