Icloud photo sharing

I have iCloud open on my iphone8. Someone sent me a link to an iCloud album, but it keeps asking me to download iCloud on my phone. I’m already signed in so there’s nothing more I can do- I can’t turn photos on because it’s already on...

Your invitees receive an email and a notification asking them to join or subscribe to your shared album. Invitees using an iOS device or a Mac with OS X 10.8 or later also receive invitations in Notification Center.
