Old MacBook Pro - how to access music after iTunes goes?

I have a late 2011 MacBook Pro which will not be compatible with Catalina although it is working perfectly well. How will I access and sync music when iTunes goes? I can ill afford to buy a new laptop.

Thanks

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.13

iTunes is going to remain more or less unchanged on Windows 7 upwards and OS X 10.11 El Capitan through macOS 10.14 Mojave, though there will probably be minor updates to support iOS 13 and iPadOS 13. The breakup of iTunes into separate apps is only happening in Catalina and so won't affect the computer you cannot update. For those it will affect it is primarily a cosmetic change. Precise details await a public release.
