I just bought 50GB, and I tried downloading an app of 700mb but I’m unable to do that, it say I don’t have enough storage capacity. Please why. And I’ve been trying to update my software, it’s not working too. Please help me

Well, you have a problem.
The 50GB you purchased are iCloud storage. Your download requires iPhone storage, which cannot be increased at any price.
