Battery

When I first received my iPhone I didn’t need to charge as much as it used to last me over 24hours when i first got it in October.

since I updated my software in April, I have realised my battery dies a lot quicker, give it 9hours when I use my phone and it’s already below 20%. If I put it on low power mode i be lucky if it stays on 30% after 9 hours....

as I got iPhone XS Max, the battery supposed to be the best one out there, even my iPhone 5s used to last up to 6hours and this new Xs max only last me between 9-10hours which it isn’t good only giving me extra 4hours to use.

my mate who got Samsung s9 battery lasts better than mine! And I don’t like Samsung phones.

i also realised my phones gets really hot at times but I don’t have any sun exposure on my phone.

Do you mean the lifetime of the battery before it has to be replaced, or how long it will last before you have to recharge it?

Both will depend largely on your usage habits.
