unable to update payment method

what do i do if i called my bsnk and they are not denying the card, yet Itunes says card denied when i attempt to verify??

when i attempt to remove, it says payment method needed for family share.

when I attempt to add payment, it says verfiy _then the whole thing starts over again!!!

Do you have another card you could try ? A Family Share has to have a valid payment method on it, so you won't be able to just remove it.
