I created an account for my son - somehow 2 were setup on my phone but I cannot access either from the device he is meant to use! I can't find how to delete one of them and cannot set it up without creating another family user... Help, please!!

Unfortunately you won't be able to remove them yourself. Apple IDs aged under 13, cannot be deleted, only moved to a different Family Group.

You have a couple of choices:

    1. Contact iTunes Account security and have them delete the Child ID: iTunes Store - Contact Us - Apple Support
    2. Just leave them. Rename it so you don't get confused which one is going to be used, and just ignore it.

On his device. you need to sign in with his account, not yours. You don't pull up the account from anywhere.
