How can I transfer my contacts from and iPhone to an Android?

Well, if you are using iCloud you can use iCloud on the Android and it should transfer the contacts. Make sure when you go to settings>contacts>default account - this is set to iCloud.
You should also go to the Android board and ask there since it is an Android issue not an Apple issue.
