I just notice that I cannot call nor receive call from my iPhone 7, does it happen to anyone?

I took it to Apple store for diagnose the problem, it’s the circuit board, costs too much to repair, get a new XR.
Okay - so a slightly different issue then.
Do you see Searching or No Service on your phone?
If not, reach out to your carrier and see what the have to say first about your issues.

thank you Lyssa, my iphone model is A1778, so it does cover. when I made call, phone at the other end rings but I could not hear it, when people calls me, my phone does not ring but goes to voicemail, it only happened since two days ago.
