The repair status page is not updating

I sent my iPhone 6 to apple for repair. I received a email saying that additional repairs were needed. I authorised this but have not heard anything since. The repair status page is not updating. Just says my repair is on hold awaiting my authorisation which I gave last week. Apple website gives me the runaround. Am at a loss what to do next

If it's been more than say, 3 business days for your repair since you've given the authorization you should immediately contact Apple support on chat or on the phones so they can figure out what's going on. The danger is that if it's limbo too long (I think 5 or 7 business days) they may end up sending it back un-repaired.
