i got my screen repaired and now I cant get in to my phone it says iPhone disabled connect to itunes

Need some more info here. It sounds like someone tried logging in with the passcode and didn't get it right a bunch of times. Depending on how its set up. You may need to restore it
What exactly does the phone say? Is there a timer or just the itunes logo and a cable?
Did Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider replace the screen?
