Hi so I work at a charter school and my job is too e waste electronic devices from families who have left the school. We have perfectly fine Ipads but the problem is that they have a icloud activation lock on a majority of them. Is it possible to get these undone at the genius bar?

You can get them unlocked at an Apple Store. Take the device(s), proof you are an authorized representative, the original purchase receipt(s) with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store.
or contact Apple ID Support. They will need to see the original purchase receipt/paperwork also.

I don't know what you mean by equipment tracking papers. Normally, you need the original purchase receipts.
We have papers that show the info of the item with serial and date of purchase instead of receipts.
