How long do you have to be in the Apple iPhone upgrade programme before you can leave cannot find any information anywhere

Whether you want to pay or not isn't relevant.

You have a debt that you have to pay. Not paying is... well... theft. At best, you'll find your phone blacklisted and be hounded by debt collectors as well as take a big hit against your credit rating.


I believe if it's been less than 3 days since you signed up, you can return the product and cancel the agreement, but that may vary from state to state or may be incorrect altogether. I'm too lazy to look up the consumer law on the issue at the moment.
