Virus Notice from Apple Care

I received a pop-up (I think) basically stating I should perform a scan. I did this and it advised I had three viruses (see screenshot). never had anything like this happen before, so trying to understand if this is genuinely from Apple, or is it something dodgy?

Should I hot the button to "Remove Viruses Now", or not?

Thanks, PV

Report this: This is a scam; and being so, it’s best to send this screenshot as an attached file to Apple.

The more report Apple receives about such scams, the more Apple’s engineers will know what is going on, and what to fix. Reporting this will most certainly do it’s part in assisting all Apple users out there.
