Corrupt Apple ID causing freezing?

Is it possible for an apple ID to be corrupt? Whenever I try to use an Apple application on my MacBook air, my computer sooner or later ends up freezing. However, if I use an app downloaded from the app store like Microsoft word or powerpoint, or from the internet like google chrome, my system runs perfectly fine. My question is, could my apple ID be causing the freezing? I don't know if this is related at all but with my previous laptop, the MacBook Pro with touch bar, I spilled wine on it by accident while using it and ruined the whole computer, and that's when I bought the Air to replace it. Could the damage caused to the Pro have corrupted my apple ID? I've tried wiping the whole system and reinstalling the OS, and when that didn't work I took it to the Apple store and they ran diagnostics on the computer and everything was working fine in the system.

Below are Videos showing the problem. One showing how an Apple app like App Store causes a freeze, and the second showing Chrome running perfectly smooth.

Figured out the problem, there was an issue with the logic board on the laptop. sent it in and got it replaced, everything works now.
