Payment methods

What is the problem with payments? I want to add my debit card as payment method, but it was said that it is invalid and I must to choose another. Then I wanted to remove my debit card, but iTunes did not allow me to do it because of some active subscription. But I do not have ANY subscription active. Tell me please, how to solve this problem?

Put in a valid credit card with your name on it, issued by your bank.
